Showing an orchid when you cannot find a show nearby??

I have a question... What do you do when you have a plant budding like crazy and no show to show it at?? My B. nodosa is going mental with 9 spikes averaging 7-10 buds per spike and my lady that would normally take it along to show has no more shows til spring! If it had hurried up it could have been shown in October...but then I had nothing really blooming. Unlike now...it seems every Cattleya I have decided to wait until after the big show to start throwing buds all over the place. Some are a little burned due to my company keeping me busy the last couple weeks...but it's not anything that can't be cleaned up for a show.

Wow! You do have the gift. And that Cattleya must be huge, as I know how big those strawberry planters are.

It kept falling over and it broke a petal off the first flower to open...so it got sat in the empty strawberry pot. lol It does take up a little space...

I'm guessing i'll take pics of each spike blooming out...I'm thinking i'll be repeating my fertilizer routine next summer. lol And I know I keep saying this...but "Thanks Again Cathy!".

Have you considered taking it to judging?

Looked up on the AOS Judging schedule and I may be able to show at one in November! Woo hoo...since they keep putting my hip off I may just get to show the nodosa!! Thank You for all the help e1...
