Hello! Thank you so much for your response! I have few orchids and struggle to keep them well. Thank you for confirming my thoughts that I should put it in bark. I had another orchid in moss and it that died just about 3 weeks after I bough it, got myself the same one and the same thing is happening, I think I will ask for an advice about it later in the evening. Can you tell me what does it mean it's seedling and how can you see it?
