I would be careful about stressing that one plant with the darker flowers out too much, since it seems to be in a recovery stage. If it were me, I would not allow it to set any more flowers and cut the spike after that flower drops, but that is just my opinion. It looks like it was starving for moisture at some point, so you did a good thing by adding sphagnum. Looking at the leaves, I would say it needs more light in addition to moisture.
Thanks for posting that name on the pink and white orchid. I have one that looks just like it without a name. Please post a picture when it is in full bloom!

sleep i posted these pics of the Sogo Washington X-Taida Pearl orchid in the wrong area, I was asked to put up pics when open so now that it is fully opened it is really beautiful, enjoy
