    You're right. It is a Miltoniopsis, not a Miltonia.

    It looks like Jesus has his culture down pat, though! That's a nice show of flowers from just that one bulb!

    It's not visible at the pictures. There are in fact two pseudo bulbs with one spike each.

    Aaaahhh... I was thinking that your Miltoniopsis is putting mine to shame! (Although I might argue that it still is... with how beautiful and perfect those flowers are!) I have read, however, that Miltoniopsis plants are capable of putting out multiple spikes per bulb when grown extremely well. Definitely something to strive for!

    Still... nice growing, and a BEAUTIFUL plant you have there! I want one in that color for my collection!

    Thank you, but I can't take credit for the blloming. I bought it in bloom at Ikea. My credit is keeping it alive.
