Thanks, Sriram, the plants are with us for around 10-15 years, my mother bought them long time back with only 2-3 leave growth, now they are all specimen sizes. I have also divided them into new pots.
the Styrofoam boxes are used to store CHC, leave mold, use pieces of them at bottom of pots for drainage, etc etc, we buy them from fish markets.

I never have a problem with paphs blooming, they just start spiking all at the same time when temp drops in autumn.
my venustum, green complex, and spiceranium are in buds now, I'll post pics ot them soon when they open up.
