This plant is not very healthy most of the leaves infected I dont know what it is very mushy and he is willing to give me one flower so pretty I really like it.

I already applied fungicide but still recur again very challenging dealing with something that we are very clear, thanks Sriram.

When you say mushy do you mean the leaves, roots, or both. I would be careful to over apply to much hormone or antibacterials until you know what to treat. I had a phal once that I rescued that had a huge case of crown and root rot as well as an infection that caused "burning" To the edges of the blooms and leaves. I dried it out completely until the leaves started to almost shrivel and the roots turned white. That way I knew it would be eager to absorb the next step. Then I soaked the roots in water and hormones for about 10mins before repotting. then I just left it alone, watering normally as I would all my others. It is now recovering beautifully with a new baby leaf poking up from the crown. Sometimes with orchids less is more. This is the first orchid I had ever needed antibacterial and hormone treatments for.

BTW thanks Kim I really appreciate your valuable experience I wish it will reward you very beautiful flowers another few months time, actually I'm referring to the infected leaves, thanks again for the description.
