    Smile Phal cornu-cervi 4n v. sanguinea

    This is a typical blooming cycle for this Phal in the dry air of Colorado. One bloom open, a bud waiting. Though now there are 3 new small spikes that grew while in the GH recently. I hope to be able to get them to bloom.

    This bloom is the best one this Phal has produced IMO.

    I have had this since 5/14. And it was in a pout when I first received it and didn't do anything for close to a year. Didn't decline but didn't grow any roots I could see or leaves. But is no longer like that and is growing well.

    I have 14 Phals in spike at home and 4 at the office. Lots more coming soon.
