Certainly looks like one to me. It is Paplionthe vandarum. It used to be sold as Aerides vandarum here when I started growing orchids (6-7 years back) and it used to be a common plant with the sellers. I bought a few and killed them in no time without knowing the right way to grow them. I think I have learnt about it now but it is no longer available with the vendors now.
