My orchids stem at the top has 2 new leaves and a couple of roots anyone else had this. What shall I do?

My orchids stem at the top has 2 new leaves and a couple of roots anyone else had this. What shall I do?

Assuming you’re referring to a phalaenopsis, and there is a small plant growing from it, that is a keiki (pronounced Kay-kee, Hawaiian for “baby”), and is an entirely new plant.
When the roots have reached a total length of 3”-4”, whether that be one root of that length or several that, combined, are that long, it can be snapped of the flower spike and potted up on its own.
