    Default Beginning of a spike on Lady Isabel

    I got home a little while ago and discovered the tiniest beginning of a spike on my Paph Lady Isabel. She did not bloom last year. I will do a photo journal on her progress. She's a beast of a plant (10 - 12 growths), and I was threatening to sell her if she didn't perform this year... I guess threats work.

    Congrats! Sounds like a beautiful plant! Can't wait to see a picture of it. I love large specimen size plants.

    Congrats on the spike - maybe I should start shouting a bit at the windowsill ... or threaten push one out... hmmm... Might just work! And then I'll have room for a new one!

    LOL! Not kidding. I bought this in bloom in 2000. It's grown every year but only bloomed once for me since then. I hope my staring at it won't inhibit the spike!!
