It looks like the oncidium is making new growth, so I think it will live. The miltonia looks like it has suffered quite a bit. Keep it in a shade area, a bit humid to reduce water loss, and look for new growths and new root growth. Once you see them, repot the plant. If not, well, there are many other orchids that are worth your time!
BTW, the picture of the "lycaste" is not clear from that angle. If you have another picture at a different angle, it might give us better clue.
