Nice finches, tho! Makes me think of the Zebra finches I had as a kid.. they made noise like "bee buh dee beee!" What do those sound like?

Well, I couldn't hear them from inside. But I think if I read their beaks correctly it was more "buh bee duh bee bee" (an a one, an a two...). Seriously, you should try gator if you get the chance. Tail is great fried; very white meat and sweet! Leg is best in high spice sauce and veggie dishes like etoufee and (my favorite) alligator sauce picante. PS don't eat the skin.

Love the finches and love to eat gator..

As for the gator skin - hmmm that might make a laptop case that the security people and the airlines can't destroy...
