Thank you for advice. I will try NZ sphag for the species. I use Chilean moss for two reasons: first, it is affordable and you can buy it anywhere; second, I tried NZ sphagnum moss a few times but did not see big difference with Chilean moss in my conditions. I sometimes use local Floridian moss which I harvest on my own. It works OK, too.
In this particular case, the moss looks much worse than usual because it also contains some debris from lawnmower. The location is not perfect, I can see it now. I definitely have to repot my plant. Would you recommend me a kind of pot\basket\slab etc. what would be good for the species?
Any advice is highly appreciated.

i repot my bulbo "sometimes", it means every 2/3 years when they are too big. but i don't fertilize them (once or twice a year.i put a bit osmocote)..), and nz sphag looks still nice (but covered by green moss). I don't use pot as i prefer baskets from the garden center (they are larger and not high, perfect to fill with a layer of 5cm of sphag). for slabs i use cork as everybody but sometimes hard wood from blade of terrace. but baskets are just like slabs and when the bulbo is well rooted you can hang then.
but others ways work too.

Unfortunately, baskets from our garden centers would not work well. I have to wait till next orchid show and buy special baskets from orchid supplies vendors.
