I'm not much of an article writer--and I do admit I have no experience in breeding any orchids, let alone catts.

However, to help out. I did do an orchid pedigree by hand (which I always do for hybrids..you should see how crowded and messy some of them are). I know, it's obsesssing a bit, but I do enjoy it.

This could help Julie out in writing that article...generation by generation... It would be really cool if you could find pics of all the hybrids and use pictures in the pedigree instead of words and maybe do a bit of guessing as to why the hybridizer chose to cross certain plants. I don't know. Sounds like fun though!

if you really want to show this favorite you should shoot in natural light even consider misting it --also reposition your angle so these are not "Nose' shots

Actually, I repotted it after the last blooming, which has set it back a bit. It'll probably bloom October-ish now.
