Add the chopped tomato, watermelon, and bell pepper into a mixing bowl with olive oil and 1/2 of the feta cheese (4 oz)
Put the greek yogurt, other 4 oz of feta cheese and oregano into the blender and blend lightly until it is blended, but not enough to make it too liquidy
Pour this sauce from blender over veggie/watermelon mixture and toss.
