Ailing 'Blue Martini' Doritaenopsis

I am having a problem with another orchid . The leaves of my Doritaenopsis are yellowing and then dropping. The roots on the orchid are looking nice and healthy, its not being exposed to the cold, it doesn't have any signs of mesophyll cell collapse, and I'm watering it the same as I have for over a year since I got it. I'm thinking something maybe fungal or bacterial? I really don't want to lose the plant. It was in bloom for 10 months and produced over fifty flowers. Here are the pictures:

I wonder if it is just tired. That's a lot flowers.

It has a terminal spike (coming out of the crown) , that means no more leaf growth the best you can hope for is a basal keiki a new plant from the base of this one .Or a keiki from the spike . The long blooming is a way the plant tried to reproduce to stay alive . Sorry not good news Gin

Ouch, sorry about that. I am not sure why some phals do that.

any chance you can get some keiki paste to put on the nodes? You may be able to get a baby to replace your phal.
