    Default My Dad's Hobby...

    If I have a love for orchids, my dad has a love for animals. He and my mom raise all kinds of animals on their farm in Texas. He rescued two tiny squirrels a few years ago and hand fed them. Here is a snap shot I took while visiting the folks this summer. The squirrels have grown. Enjoy!

    As long as they are in that cage and no where near my orchids! LOL!

    I think they are cute too. My dad slices up apples and feeds them by hand. He has a 'wild' squirrel that comes down to the cage when he goes out to feed. The 'wild' squirrel barks at my dad until he leaves some food for him too.
