Hi all,

I know, I know--it's a horrible clunker of a name! Not only is the genus unfamiliar to most of us, for which we can blame the taxonomists (used to be Potinara until they changed one of the ancestral species), but the grex name is, likewise, awkward. I hope you will agree, though, it's quite a nice flower. I bought it at my OS show last year in bloom, and it rebloomed for me last fall. Both of them were single blooms on a spike. This time, two! I guess it's probably not necessary to say I'm happy with the plant? LOL

It's a cross between Cattleya intermedia & Rsc. (formerly Potinara) Little Toshie

Yes, I do agree that it is a nice flower, despite the name. The splashes of colors on the edge are pretty.

That is beautiful, as you say the name is a bit of a mouthful but it is stunning i adore the colour contrast, well done on the reblooming it is lovely.

It is such a tiny bloom for such a large name - lol. I really like the colors and shape. Looks like the plant is very healthy too! You should be happy. It is really nice. Congratulations
