Looks like something has eaten a bit of the leaf in a few places. I would spray for pests. And in the second and third photo it appears that the leaf tip is brown due to fertilizer burn.
These leaves will never be repaired. You can keep this from happening by flushing the orchid pot with pure water and removing the salts build-up from feeding. The parts that look like something chewed them could be caused by many different things. Sometimes plants get set too close to each other and the plastic pot will 'crunch' the leaf edge of another plant. This will result in the same type marks.
Good luck to you, Darren.

Physan is for fungus. For insect pests an insecticidal soap or neem oil seem to be first choice for many orchid growers. I rarely have pest problems because I grow inside, but have used insecticidal soap in the past with good results. There are other insecticides as well, but you do need to be careful since some will damage orchids and some can be toxic.
Thank you orchidlady, I will stop by_______ try to find that product and hope my plant will be ok![]()
