Over the weekend I did some gardening. When I lifted up a couple different rocks I found a small infestation of these teeny tiny wormy things. I've never seen them before. I can't post a picture right now. The best I could describe them would be they are smaller than the size of a raw grain of rice. More white in color. And when the curl up & uncurl they actually jump. Looks like popping popcorn. I am not sure if they are worms or larvae. I haven't come up with anything yet searching online. I can't imagine a fly would've been able to squeeze under the rocks & lay some eggs. But I did make the mistake of putting down cocoa mulch first & laying rocks on top, not realizing the mold issue I'd have (mentioned in another thread) & don't know if that has contributed to these Anyone have any ideas? These things are disgusting and I don't know if they are going to harm the garden.
