    Default Phalaenopsis equestris orchid blooms

    I like the deeper color of this one a lot better than my Quezon variety. I've had this plant for four years with no bloom- finally figured out it wanted to live in a plastic pot with sphag and hang, so now it's kind of doing the upside down thing and is much happier! This one is also in a south east window.

    that soft lavender with the pink and yellow is stunning. Glad she finally rewarded your patience; she was worth the wait.

    Phal. equestris are such great plants. Once they get started, they seem to bloom continuously .
