Quick question about paphiopedilum malipoense

I recently checked-up on my orchids and plants at home today and I realized I didn't really know how to care for my Paphiopedilum malipoense. I kept it in a southern exposer with no issues, but I am aware that it mostly prefers shady, cool, and moist conditions.

Does anyone have experience growing this Paph? Things that worked and things that didn't work? Also, I'm thinking this Paph would be a good candidate for s/h culture, but I want to know if someone has tried this with success...

It's one the easiest to grow, besides delenatii from Parvi. section. Just grow low light, evenly moist, intermediate temp, little cooler in fall. The bud/spike can takes over 3 months before it bloom thou.
