    Default Restrepia antennifera

    Full plant picture. It's in a 2 1/2" pot, but is obviously overpotted. It should probably be in a 1 1/2" pot, but then it would be difficult to keep from tipping over!

    The leaf on the left has 'accordioning' damage, presumably from the plant getting a bit too dry while it was developing.
