Trias cambodiana--the flower is about 0.5" tall
oh, this is another nice one, love the bumpy things on the sepals... geez, the mini's are really getting to me...
Tom, do you have a fairly well controlled growing environment, ie keep temps within a particular range?
Tim, No controlled enviroment. This plant is actually growing outside by the edge of the woods now but it will be moved inside soon (a warmer growing area in the basement under HID light for the winter).
My cooler growers will stay indoor year round--my main growing area is I/C with natural good humidity year round.
Cool, the texture on the petals is amazing. Tom I am learning about so many unusual orchids because of your posts. Keep them coming !
THat is so cool! The lower petals look like lizard's skin. I also like the round little pbulbs in the backround.
I like all the different patterns for the markings, very cool little one!
What a great looking bloom. I too like the 'bumps' or texture on the petals.
Cheers,

The petals exactly like lizard skins very strange and beautiful this little one.
I've only seen a few Trias and this is one of the nicest ones. Love how you managed to capture the texture of the sepals.
