I recently purchased two Wollemi pine trees and had them shipped to me. The total cost including shipping was over 230 dollars. I am so frustrated right now because I only received one of the two trees that I was charged for and it had its top few inches broken off inside the box. I have emailed the vendor three times and called three times over the past two weeks and I have not received any kind of reply whatsoever. I can deal with counting/shipping errors and damaged goods but the complete lack of response is really starting to tick me off. My next step is to call my credit card company and have them reverse the charges. It's extra frustrating because I really like Wollemi pines and they are hard to find. Sorry to vent but I thought you guys would understand plant disappointment if anyone would.
