What to do with 6 keiki's?

My boyfriend & I decided to take off about 6 keiki's on a Dendrobium. They were starting to take over the mother plant. They are in various conditions. I guess with this many there is room for experimenting. I think there are a couple that won't pull through no matter what. I'm just not sure if i should mount, put in a mix, water culture or let sit with some spagh on the roots till new fresh roots from. I'm open for suggestions. I've never messed with a keiki before.

I put them in spag and let it get almost dry before watering again.

I agree with clint, the extra humidity will help grow the roots faster. You can always repot them later when they are healthy and larger.

oh if you have pics of it I'd like to see them. I'm just trying to know what to do with 5 dendro bulbos that i was gifted last day. But they are no roots at all.

I don't have pictures of the individual keiki's. But I will have to take some so I can monitor progress.
