This plant belonged to a hobbyist in San Diego. I had admired it for years and requested a division of it. It was too small to divide. He eventually gifted the whole plant to me when it was at 5 growths. I cut the rhizome for another member on that forum had also wanted a piece.

I bought a blooming size one last year, along with 10+ other RM crosses. I almost killed it last winter when I left my orchids in a zipped plastic cover. Luckily, it didn't die, and has been nursed back with 2 new growths. Maybe I will have it blooming next year. Joy and heartache of the orchids.

Geeze you as addicted with them as I am..lol or almost...I just counted...16 different RM crosses in my collection

I made the mistake of plastic cover on light tray once years ago...it was a difficult lesson.
