2" long flower
Most unusual and very different for a Bulbo, Tom. Does the flower open more than this? About how large is the flower and the plant?
The flower is fully open. 2" long flower, individual growth is about 3", 1" gap between the pbulbs.
wow lovely and unique, looks like a birds beak.
Very cute! It does look like a birds beak...
That is nice! Does it have a fragrance? We have a similar one that was moved out of the bulbo classification. Cannot think of the name of it this morning though.... (monday... hehe)
Cheers,

what a cool bulbo with striking colors!
also thought it looks like a "hornbill".
Any idea why it is so named? Neat flower.![]()
Thanks!
No fragrance, Bruce.
