    Default Slc Jewelbox 'Dark Waters'

    I imagine with all the taxonomy rigamarole this one is likely no longer an "Slc", but quite frankly I don't care. I refuse to change my tag.

    Picture color is really not accurate -- though for a change a red flower actually LOOKS red. (One of my only gripes with digital cameras is the difficulty in accurately capturing reds and purples.) Flower color is actually deeper than shown here but very vibrant ... a deep fiery red if that makes sense. The satiny sheen of the petals does not help either I suppose. This one has been a reliable February bloomer for me.

    Red is good no matter what you call it and this is a beauty! So do I get a division......LOL
