Representing my Orchid Society at a local Garden show

I finally volunteered to man our display table at the biggest garden show in Rochester. I got the Sunday morning slot so I will be on my own for a while.

What sort of questions do people ask at events like this, and what can I tell them about orchid culture that succinct enough that it won't frighten them away?

You will probably be asked what orchids grow best for beginners. LOL also look out for how much water is enough water.

Best advice is to find out about the conditions they can provide and recommend an orchid to fit those conditions.

Sounds like a fun thing to volunteer to do. Good for you. You are sure to meet some really interesting people. Have fun!
