as previously discussed in that "dendrolirium ornatum" post, here is the type species of eria.
a first time bloomer for me and not too bad with 18 blooms, which are opening at the same time, sweet coconut fragrance.

Ron Know Eria javanica with white or cream flowers. The red stripping are new to me. Looks good.
Beautiful. 18 bloom that are fragrant - not bad for a first time bloomer!!

sorry, i didnt take pix from the pot not to confuse anybody, coz there are other plants growing as well, but that big leaf in the photo belongs to the eria.
just google it....

for me its the other way around, havent seen the white/creamy ones in our region, yet....
