Since that one's a cross between a Phal and a Sarcochilus, I would start by supplying conditions that would benefit the two: medium to low light, excellent air movement, and humidity around 60%. Keep temperatures between 45 - 85 F and let the root zone dry to bare dampness before rewatering. I couldn't find any info at all about this on a Google search, but those conditions are where I would start if the plants were mine. Not much help, I know, but......
