Orchid companion plant...?

I have had this large oncidium for about six months. I noticed recently something was growing with it, in it's pot. I love the shape of the leaves and was curious what this is. Someday when I repot the oncidium I will give this little plant it's own pot. I guess i'll repot it up like you would an orchid...it seems to like it in with the oncidium anyways. Thanks for looking...
