Hi, I'm new to the forum and I hope you can help me!
Over the last few days one of my phals' leaves has been yellowing - at first we thought it was from it being placed in direct light as it is in the window, although even after moving into the shade the yellowing continued. All of the leaves are tinged with yellow, the lower leaves almost completely and the upper only at the base. The lower ones are droopy and wrinkled - it doesn't look like a happy orchid at all! However, it also has a lot of fairly new root growth and they are all (even the older roots) firm and healthy. The plant itself is potted in a bark mix is not damp despite being watered last week.

Sorry for the long and rambly post, I hope someone can help!
