Ummm..as far as I know, Aerides jarckianum has red color, and when I look at the cane, I think it is a kind dendrobium species. And for the other species (Aerides lawrenciae), I guess it should be Ascocentrum miniatum or Ascocentrum garayii, please anybody correct me if I am wrong.
Sorry for the confusion.I think Derek meant his upcoming blooms and not the two shown. Yes I agree the first is either Asco miniatum or garayi and the second looks very much like Den bullenianum.
The 1st photo is Ascocentrum aurantiacum subsp. philippinense and the 2nd photo is Coelandria (Dendrobium) armeniaca.
Month later will be my posts for Aerides lawrenciae and Aerides jarckianum.
Lovely Derek!!
Cheers,

I like the Dendrobium armeniaca. I sure would love to have one too. I'm confused .... is this different from Den. bullelianum or is this one and the same species?
A cluster of happiness!
