New Orchid flask

I am thinking of taking the plunge and buying an orchid flask. I have found a few sites where I can buy them for about £10 for a flask containing 10-12 seedlings. I am currently having a go at pollination so I think it might be a good idea to get a flask with some seedlings so I have an idea of what to do with my own! I really love phalaenopsis but I also have some very successful oncidiums and dendrobiums and i cant decide which to get! I am very dedicated and have an orchid diary in which I regularly take photos and record events of my orchids lives. (watering, feeding, flowering, repotting, pollinating etc) I am bit of a novice, I have about 16 plants and have been growing for about a year, my mother has been growing for ever though and I probably inherited my passion from her! Any information regarding de flasking or particularly lovely species would be greatly welcomed, or just tell me what you think! I am open to suggestion and I am definatley not taking this on without having some idea of the hard work and potential disappointment involved =)

Try to choose an orchid that will bloom early--like 2-3 years out of flask, not one that will take 7-8 years to reach blooming size.

oh thank you, yes I hadn't even thought of that! Think I will go for Phals, its so hard to decide... maybe I could get 2...
