This wild orchid in bloom now (length about 2.5") is readily found in Southern Thailand growing on rubber trees.

It is Bulbo. orientale.
Bulbo. lilacinum has different pbulb and flower.

That is a nice bulbo. There are many bulbos like this that looks very similar to the untrained eyes. Congrats for the ID.
