A good old hybrid. first registerd 1975. Time was , when every show had lots of Hazel Boyds - there are other clones. Not so often seen nowadays, which is no doubt why some business-savvy nursery on the far side of the pond ( from where I'm sitting ) decided to meristem it again.
Hence a young seedling, flowering for the first time.
Easily makes big pans full. I hope I can live up to those brave words !
Not large - at least on this firsts flowering, the four flowers are 6 cm natural spread. memory tells me when I had one 20-30 years ago, they were a bit bigger p- perhaps not first flowering plants then.
Probably not an Slc now, just a C - ....
