Very nice. Haven't seen a white one before.
well i got it in spike and it has been continuously flowering of the same spike for weeks! each flower lasts about a week before moths etc get to them, but each week, 2 more replace it!
very showy!!!
Thanks, and the ants think so too!
I like this very much and if I could find one here in the U.S.A. (blooming size and healthy) I would probably buy it. Epidendrums are relatively easy care and they tend to bloom a lot as you have discovered Jordan. Nice acquisition. I hope to see more of this orchid. AL
Thanks Al, it is only one keikei shoved into some medium-no roots whatsoever and now (due to the grandfather overwatering as it is under their verandah) any roots that DID grow are now all mushy and horrible...thank god for aerial roots! If i were you Al, i would have a look around the local society, and ask if anyone has one like this, because the probability is they will have kei keis coming out their ears! and growers are usually more than happy to give or sell for a small amount or even trade if they have that many keikeis![]()
Cool, I have not seen one of these with white blooms. Very unique and lovely!
Cheers,
