    Default Cattleya NOID ("Jac's Yellow")

I bought it from Jac - won't say more - no free advertising here ! hence the name, but he had forgotten what itsbproper name is. NIce flower, almost as jazzy as I can stand- maybe I still had my sunglasses on when I looked at it !. About 6 inch across, and lasts and lasts.... That georgeous lip is just like velvet - makes me want to stroke it - well actually I do stroke it...
I suppose no-one is going to say - "oh but its just like my.... and give me a name"?

It is lovely. I understand the soft as velvet to the touch flowers. I can't keep my hands off them either. Glad you got a name, although sometimes the made up ones are better. lol

What a lot of clever-clogs you are, as my old Aunt Winnie would have said...
I went to Orchidwiz, which showed me 29 images of several different clones, and no doubt at all - its C ( or Rsc, Blc, maybe even Abc too for all I know...) Toshie Aoki "Pizzaz" .
Another NOID label bites the dust.

    great - thanks all !

After all the name changes during the last 10 years the new label should read Rhyncholaeliocattleya or simply Rlc. Toshie Aoki 'Pizazz'.
I'm in doubt about the double z at the end or in the middle. The label of my plant reads Pizazz.

Wow!! How gorgeous - that will wake you right up in the morning, eh?

I love the confessions about touching. My husband loves to kiss them - I have to tell him to hold off when he has lip balm on.
