    Default My semi-compost pic

    This is a photo of the cattylea I had sphag & bagged a little while back. Since I had so many divisions, I decided to let the one develop buds. I figure I could at least see what the flowers will looks like.
    These are the two buds. There is a pretty good root growing also.

    That's gonna be one hardy orchid if it survives the blooming!

    If there are roots, there is a good chance it will survive. Post a pic of the flowers when they open, Traci.

    It is still in the bag with moist moss. I might attach it to my *tree* of catts if it makes it through the bloom. (I have a trunk of cork bark I have attached a few catts too, pictures coming soon!)

    Default Buds are open!

    This has alot of potential! With proper care, maybe the blooms will be larger next flowering.
