    Default Eplc. Jackie Bright

I had an errand to do today, and ran into a couple "no name" cattleya. I knew i'd seen the yellow plant and looked up it's name. I was amazed to find the Jackie Bright in this person's shop. The other catt will look much better once it's repotted and gets some tlc. It's been in this pot forever. The flower was so yummy something nibbled on one petal. I'm going to nickname it 'Nibbles'.

When we have company that hasn't been here before, they usually have to go on about my "Orchid Bar". lol We do not drink...so it works better as a potting bench for me. I'm so not "uptown" anymore. lol I've turned into that crazy old woman that talks to her plants more than the neighbors.

Edit...I looked this one up. It is not called an Eplc. anymore...it's an Enanthleya. I'll start looking my plant names up from now on. Sigh....plant name changes.

If you like this - and what's not to like ! look out for Epic ( or whatever its called now) Don Herman. Very similar cross ( Gold Digger x something) but perhaps a bit more free flowering.

As to the "genus name" , Orchidwiz says Jackie B is an Eny , and Don H is an Ett... I'm lost !
