So beautiful, thanks for sharing this!
Really nice Foo.
I know the Rynchostylis retusa's can be more lovely than a photograph could ever capture. AL
Very very nice!

By the way dude I think it should be described as the alba form instead of albino, alba more commonly used in describing albinism in plants I believe though I may be wrong.

That one is gorgeous ! And an amazingly long spike ! Congratulations !
Stunning. In all my years of growing orchids I've yet to see an alba form of Rhy retusa. I remember that in the early 1960s an orchid friend from Ipoh managed to collect 3 retusa alba from Gerik in Upper Perak and he came up here to Kedah and we went to search for the alba form here because he believed that there would be some here around Jitra. We found lots of the ordinary retusa but no alba forms. BTW There are still lots of Rhy retusa here and they just love the Lagerstroemia speciosa trees ( common name 'Rose of India' or the local name of 'Bongor').
I remember this trip well because this person was so knowledgeable about orchids in the wild that he identified no less than 24 different species in an area that has now been turned into a recreational park. This trip was also memorable for a freak accident when the this friends car ( a Triumph Mayflower - does any oldie remember this weird boxy car of the 50s?) hit a rock in the middle of the unpaved path and broke the oil sump. We had to push the car for 3 hours to the main road before we found someone to tow us to a garage. Sorry for the digression; this was supposed to be about the retusa. You just have to bear with us oldies and our memories or what little is left of them.
thanks for all your comments!!!
