I am working on a planted vivarium for my bosses office (we will share it ) that will house mourning geckos. My boss has an onc. tsiku marguerite that she bought from a local greenhouse that is not growing well on her desk and we are considering that it might do well in the vivarium, if planted properly.
Is this orchid appropriate for a planted viv? Where would it do best - I'm thinking NOT in substrate (it likes its roots well drained, we've noticed).
thank you very much in advance for your help. This is my FIRST viv, and I am thinking that cheaper plants may be better "learning" plants and maybe we should save the orchid for another vivarium, later when i have more experience.
