I really like this one. It is so fragrant! Has a nice waxy texture and is actually a bit darker and more lavender than it appears.![]()

Purple flowers that have a nice scent?! That's one to add to the list....that keeps getting longer.
Beautiful !! I like this type of Catt. hybrids, but I am not sure if the name is correct the petal and lip shape do not match up. I think it is a hybrid on similar lines or a very different variant of Netrasiri waxy reported earlier. Nonetheless on my wishlist![]()
Beautiful. Love this one.
Pat...EXCELLENT!
I'm always on the look out for more fragrant orchids. Your's is beautiful. Good growing.
Halloamey, the color seems to be darkening and I am not sure how dark it will go. I know it came from an old collection, so who knows:huh:
Beautiful blooms. Love everything about this one.

As counter-intuitive as it seems, Waxy is not the clonal name, but part of the grex name. Your plant (if properly labelled, is Ctt. Netrasiri Waxy. Both parents are 1/2 Ctt. Chocolate Drop, so I tend to agree with Halloamey.
Lovely cattleya, Pat! I bet it lasts and lasts!!
cheers,
