Drooping flowers!

Hi there im very new to orchids i have two plants that i have only had for a few months...
one seamed to be doing really well and i have lots of new buds on but i noticed two of the flowers are drooping and i noticed that two of the leaves are turing yellow !! ...
i have another one that i have in a different room and it also has started to droop ...

I water them with filtered warm water every week to week and a half ...and every other time i water i use some orchids food...i cant post some pics up!!! if anyone has any advice that would be great .. they are not in direct sunlight ...

The flowers fading may be normal. but, unless the leaves that are turning yellow are on the base of the phal orchid, your plant may have root issues related to over or under watering. Thanks yes the leaves were at the base of the flower the roots look fat and green ... so would i take off the leaves and the drooping flowers ?? ...

My other plant on the other hand looks like the roots are thin and brown ill try again with a picture ! lol ... i did have that plant in its plastic container but i placed in a plant pot !! would that have something to do with it ... the roots would not get light ?? and the weather has changed now it starting to get very cold so i have started to put on the heating ... although the plant is not directly near a radiator ??? may i will move it into the kitchen with the other plant ..thanks again lisa

Hi there i tried again with the pics but when its selected it has a circle with an exclamation mark in like on the icon at the bottom ?? so not sure why

Anyway the leaves are at the bottom of the plant .. should i take them away as with the drooping flowers?? The roots are fat and green and look in good condition .. it is in its plastic container that i bought it in....

....the other plant on the other hand is all drooping the roots look a little withered they are brown and look dry .. it is in its plastic container but i did place it in a pot , the roots dont get the light in there would that matter?? i water the plants at the same time every week give or take a couple of days and give them food every other time i water .. i just let the water go through the pot and dont stand them in water .. i use filtered warm water that i have boiled .. not straight from the tap ... the weather is a lot colder this week and i have had the heating on more more but the plants are not near any radiators... lol sorry just wanted to give you the full picture .. untill i can work out why i cant upload my pics !
