White powder on my guarianthe aurantiaca`s leaves

Good morning to you all,
I`m asking you some advise, this morning while I was taking a look at my orchids I found out that my Guariante aurantiaca had this white powder all over her leaves, new and on some old ones.
Let me tell you what I think is the reason: my parents are builiding me a new orchid shade house, so while the shade house is finished I 'm growing my orchids outside, under the porch. Now, here is the problem: here during the winter mid days the sun hits some of my plants directly so read somewhere that when this occured i had to mist them to prevent sun burn. So i have been doing this for about 2 weeks. This morning i found this and got a little scared, so I ran to clean the leaves with a natural fungiside I bought not to long ago, so I didn't take a picture. If this occurs again tomorrow, I'll take some pictures to show you.
My solution: I set up a large umbrella to prevent my orchids of being sunburned, do you recomend me anything?

Well, If they are in direct sun, do not spray them! Either wait until they are in the shade, or put them in the shade and do not put them back in the sun until they're dry. Betty

Thank you! I have already put more shade! It hadn't happen before!! But these days the sun been really bright and direct at noon and is just like from 11:30 to 1:30 pm!! I'll do what you told me! Thanks again!!
