I brought her (it's a "she") home a couple of days ago. She's a little bit agressive, because she hasn't been handled before, but it will calm down in a few days. Hope you like her!!!

Very pretty
Athena is beautiful !! I always wanted a pet python or crocodile, but I would be exiled from my house if I do so. You are so lucky !
She's lovely! I'm wondering whether this aggression will disappear by the years?
Thank you!! Yes Branka, it will disappear in the next weeks. The boa is one of the most docile species kept as a pet.
She is a beautiful pet. Congratulations on the new addition to your family.
cheers,

Beautiful boa Borza. Like Amey I've always wanted one, but I haven't the space to house a 7 or 8 foot snake. I'll just keep to my little Children's Python for now!
Gorgeous red tail boa!!!! I love the ones with the lighter skin tone. We had two for a while, but had some bad luck with them. Never got around to getting another. Ours used to wrap around my wrist when I shot pool. Freaked people out.
Thank you! What happened to yours Jonada? I think boas are one of the easiest to grow snakes.
I think when we got the second one it may have had a disease we didn't know about. It died first then shortly after "Xena" passed as well. We didn't know much about raising snakes and they were both pretty young. Smaller than your Athena.
