Sorry, but I for one don't know the answer to your question. I use a commerical shade cloth, with various percentages. Right now, I have on a 40%, but may have to put on another one. Probably 50% or 62% & depending on how hot it gets in N. East Texas this year. Conditions are ALWAYS changing...Betty
Recently Kathi (Kmac) posted a link about simple light estimation by the AOS, here it is again, using just a white paper sheet and your hand you can estimate the light based on the shadow it casts.
