Sunburn or something worse?

I came in this morning and found one of my bulbo leaves in the condition pictured. A few other plants had some brown leaves but it looked like they were suffering from lack of water (I try to leave them in good shape for the weekend, but I think the light dries them out faster). Should I be concerned about this or is it simply too much light? Maybe not enough water? I was told to keep this one fairly soggy. Any advice would be appreciated

It can be anything from natural senescence, to over watering and root rot or dehydration, without looking at the entire plant I think it is difficult to make a good diagnosis.

Ask and you shall receive. The rest of the plant looks healthy to me. Since it's a fairly new plant and I lost that dendro to who knows what, I am a bit concerned. I should mention I'm also new to growing bulbos

The plant looks healthy as you say. If the media is not too wet then I think it could just be natural senescence. Is it newly repotted? If so orchids may loose older leaves after repotting.

No, just a new plant to me. Bought it from a reputable vendor. If it looks natural to you guys, then that makes me feel a whole lot better

Looks like recently potted but leaves are a good color and I can see new roots in the frontal lead. It would be nice if we had a name. Some bulbos drop the older leaves as they mature. Take a peek at the roots pulling the plant gently from the pot (a previous soak helps), if they look OK then place it in your growing area and observe for further leaf drop.
